Our inviting three-storey building is tucked into the base of Grouse Mountain in the neighbourhood of Edgemont Village, known for its strong community connections and natural beauty. Residents enjoy our contemporary West Coast décor and cozy ambiance, including a fireplace in our lounge. Relax with visitors and neighbours on your own personal balcony, or in common areas like our dining patio or our well-appointed inner courtyard with raised garden beds and a greenhouse. Many of our suites offer in-suite washer and dryer.
Exploring the neighbourhood
Ideally situated, Amica Edgemont Village is surrounded by flat, walkable trails and beautiful mountain views. It’s easily accessed by the Trans-Canada highway. Local green spaces include Murdo Frazer Park and William Griffin Park. Stroll the landscaped walking trail around the perimeter of the building, and then continue on to Edgemont Village, which has a variety of independent shops and eateries, as well as grocery stores, banking and medical services. Local features include the Delbrook Community Recreation Centre where a number of our residents enjoy swimming, and the Capilano Suspension Bridge.
