Chocolate Pot de Crème Workshop

Our Chef will guide us in creating the most popular dessert at Amica—the delectable chocolate pot de crème. After you enjoy it with a wine pairing, we’ll share the recipe so you can re-create it at home!

We’ll be joined by Dr. Barbara Rodwin, D.C., B.Sc., D.Ac., ART (Doctor of Chiropractic, Cranial Adjustor, and Active Release Technique Provider), who will check your posture, feet and more. Bring your questions, and enjoy complimentary bistro snacks, coffee, etc.
