Located in the thriving Gorge waterway area near the communities of Tillicum and Saanich, Amica On The Gorge is in the heart of a quiet, established neighbourhood with lovely heritage homes and restored landmarks like Brookman’s Grocery. For many of our residents, Amica On The Gorge is a homecoming, as they grew up in the area or raised their families here. Residents enjoy the property’s accessible green spaces featuring our own apple trees with delicious fruit.
Exploring the neighbourhood
The well-maintained Gorge waterway is home to new paved walking trails and gardens along the water, as well as plenty of opportunities to watch kayakers, canoeists and stand-up paddle boarders take advantage of the ideal conditions. Craigflower-Kosapsom Park, just across the road, offers a family-friendly beach area and is home to the Craigflower Schoolhouse constructed in 1854, a national historic site. Victoria General Hospital is a short five-minute drive away, and shops and services are also conveniently close by at Tillicum Centre.
