Our well-appointed eight-storey building is conveniently located in an established uptown community near Highway 401, the Don Valley Parkway, or the TTC Bayview subway station. Here, you can enjoy both the vibrant lifestyle and access to services that city living offers, as well as time to relax in our south-facing green space with shade trees, a pond with a soothing fountain, and raised gardens. Connect with friends on your own private balcony, on one of many shared outdoor lounges, or on the Japanese-inspired garden terrace on the third floor. We even have a bee hive to harvest our own honey.

Amica Bayview Village is located at the heart of the sought-after community of North York. Safe and welcoming, it offers a large variety of convenient stores and services at Bayview Village Mall directly across the street. The neighbouring Rean Park is a well-kept, family-friendly green space with a figure-8 walking trail, and the North York YMCA is a popular destination as well. North York General Hospital and Sunnybrook Hospital are just a few kilometres away. Many of our residents join us from the neighbourhoods of Don Mills and Bayview Village.
