Visitors and residents appreciate our accessible location just off Hwy 403, a short drive from downtown Burlington, Oakville or Hamilton. Our six-storey building is a one-block stroll from independent shops, restaurants and services as well as residential neighbourhoods. Many of our suites have private balconies where you can relax with a coffee and take in views of the Niagara Escarpment or local green spaces; some of our Independent Living suites offer full kitchens. Outdoor common spaces include a rooftop terrace with comfortable seating, and a landscaped area where residents can tend their own raised garden beds.

Amica Dundas is tucked into a neighbourhood with an inviting combination of established homes and the lovely green spaces and walking trails of the Rotary Creekside Parkette directly beside us. Take advantage of boutiques, services and eateries just steps away or meet a friend for coffee at Detour Café. Our neighbours include the Hamilton Public Library, Dundas Valley School of Art, and Carnegie Gallery.
